Up to four passes are available per day, not per person. Tickets are first-come, first-served and you may purchase 1-4 tickets based on availability
Procedure for purchasing Tram passes
Email serp@sandia.gov with your dates and number of passes (1-4) requested. SERP will confirm availability and reply via your sandia.gov email address.
Payment is due at time of reservation.
Tickets are electroninc and email and phone number must be provided.
SERP does not offer refunds for unused tickets. If the Tram closes on your scheduled day, your ticket will be extended for 30 days.
